Now for the fine print: John Easterling Construction will complete home to original specifications on or before closing date. Closing date must be at least twenty-one days from the original contract date to qualify for guarantee. Guarantee extends only to completion of home to specifications as set forth in builder’s original plans and specs, and to any additional specifications, changes, or extras set forth in the original sales contract, unless otherwise agreed to between buyer and builder. Any changes or extras added after original contract date are not included in the completion guarantee. Weather delays or other delays due to acts of God are specifically excluded from this guarantee. Guarantee applies only to homes specifically and expressly included in guarantee offer.
